How this Works
Your NMI transcript is a comprehensive academic record. It reflects all NMI academic coursework completed, clinical experience obtained during your program, as well as credit for courses that were transferred from other institutions.
Through our site, you can order an official transcript to be sent to you or a recipient institution entity via email or postal mail.
Once you successfully complete your transcript order, the Administrative Office will prepare your transcript and either email or mail your transcript to the recipient entity.
