Apprenticeship opportunity for students starting immediately. Our goal is to fill these positions with long-term students committing to 1-3 year terms but are open to advanced students for short term placement. Brookhaven looking for a new advanced student. High volume birth center in lovely Harrisonburg Virginia. 3 midwives in the practice, all NMI preceptors. I’ve truly loved my time at Brookhaven and wouldn’t trade it for anything. You will get plenty of experience with twins, breeches, and VBAC. 12 month minimum stay. Students make their own schedule and get time off.
We're starting to accept students again at Premier Birth Center in Northern Virginia. Between the two birth centers, we're helping about 300 families per year, so students will get a lot of experience at Premier! We prefer long-term students, but will sometimes consider short-term placement. If you or someone you know would be interested in learning here, please send them our way! We have NARM Registered Preceptors at both locations. Students are ultimately responsible for examining options in-depth and securing their apprenticeships, as well-suited opportunities can look different to each student.
