  • Association of Ontario Midwives: RM Rx Resource for Midwives, (Clinical Mobile App available for iOS or Android users). This app has lists of drugs and herbs used by midwives in Ontario, who have prescriptive rights. It includes drug details such as name, trade name, pharmacopeia category, class, indications, doses, contraindications, adverse reactions, warnings & precautions, pregnancy category, lactation, onset of action, duration of action, action/mechanism, pharmacokinetics, additional notes and links to other resources. While this app is highly useful and informative, check your state of practice for regulations and administration of medications.
