Quarterly Timelines for Module Submissions

When are module submissions due to receive SAP credit for that quarter?

You can submit 2-7 modules per quarter, anytime during that quarter. The last day of each quarter is the last day to submit modules for SAP credit for that quarter.*

The quarters are as follows:

  1. Q1 - Jan/Feb/March - the last day to submit modules for the first quarter is March 31st

  2. Q2 - Apr/May/Jun - last day to submit is June 30th

  3. Q3 - Jul/Aug/Sep - last day to submit is September 31st

  4. Q4 - Oct/Nov/Dec - last day to submit is December 31st

*A note on the“Grace Period.” After a thorough review of NMI Handbooks and Policy, it has become clear that there has been no Grade Period at NMI for many years.  I erroneously spoke with a few students about a grace period for late submissions, that in actuality does not exist. If you cannot make SAP requirements for reasons of extenuating circumstances, please speak to a director about an Exception to Policy (ETP) and see the NMI student portal to file an ETP request.
